Kids Martial Arts

Hi, our names are Jeff and Connie Duncan.

Many people walk through the door to our school for the first time and think that martial arts is just about punching and kicking.  This may surprise you, but there is so much more to it.

Our goal at Farmington Martial Arts is to use martial arts as a vehicle to inspire kids to be more confident and focused in their daily activities.

On the rest of this page, we would like to share with you the most important benefits that children and parents get from our program.  

Action packed games, activities, and exercise give kids a great workout from head to toe.

They get stronger, healthier, and more fit within just a couple weeks.  These fun exercises also help maintain a healthy weight!

The best part??  The fitness is disguised as FUN!  All your child will know is that they're having a blast.  But yu and I know they're getting the exercise they need.

Make no mistake about it!  While our classes are tons of fun, we also cover the serious stuff too.

We teach kids about handling strangers, bullies, and more.

However, the first thing we teach is diplomacy.  We give your child the tools they need to talk their way out of conflicts.

Our program uses weekly themes that help your child succeed in life!

Life skills like Focus, Self control, Teamwork and more are taught alongside the martial arts. 

These skills will come in very handy in every day life!

While kids work hard and train hard in our classes......

They also smile and laugh a lot too!

We use a concept that we call EDUTAINMENT.  Our instructors are experts at teaching kids in a fun and entertaining way!

Will Martial Arts make my child violent??

NO!!!  In fact with the new found confidence they gain from our classes they have to courage to walk away

Can my child get injured in Martial Arts?

Almost Never!!  We work hard to have a fun and safe environment.
